problema con pci.

Angry problema con pci.

Hoy volví a poner el controlador de nvidia, el cual me volvieron los problemas de que se cierre la sesión sola o se desactive el teclado o ratón solos.

El fallo del ratón lo tengo localizado y es este.

No se a que puede ser que cuando instalo el driver me falla la sesión, se desactivan los periféricos y el controlador de el teclado g19 el gnome15 no funciona..

" X server for display :0 terminated unexpectedly" la verdad no dice mucho eso , asumo que instalaste los drivers nvidia-ultima-version en el kernel linux-version-algo de la manera metodo-de-instalacion, has probado otro metodo diferente?

Si mal no recuerdo.... te ayude a instalar el driver nvidia de manera manual con el .run del proveedor en el kernel 3.13.x no? agregaste el usuario al grupo video?

que dice el log del servidor grafico? /var/log/Xorg.0.log ?

Hola¡¡

He probado todas las formas de instalarlo, y desistí y lo quite el que compilemos juntos, después instale ayer instale el nuevo para ver si se arreglo el problema, y lo único que vi es que solo le dieron soporte al kernel 3.13 y algunos errores mas.
ya probé por consola, ahora solo falta por rpm cuando salga, pero vamos como sea como el anterior el fallo lo daba siempre, como digo ni funciona el gnome15, por que mete algunos parámetros el driver de nvidia en el kernel que hace que no funcione, o no detecte bien el teclado, es quitarlo y todo vuelve a la normalidad.

Luego mirare el /var/log/Xorg.0.log pero algo me dice que poco me servirá mientras este este error en el controlador.
Como no sabia bien que escoger lo puse entero.

Gracias LUKE10 , no me entere por que no me conecte por la mañana (si de madrugada ) , los comentarios que había escuchado es que había problemas en la compilación de los cudas y de la memoria (con un parámetro que había visto de un foro si se instala , pero me parece que esta incompleto .

Por otro lado se meten con el servidor x (te puedes fijar que en tu sesión de ~/ (/home/user/ ) ya tienes un archivo de nvidia tipo rc .

En cierta forma ya me esperaba estas sorpresas (al menos guardo la grata experiencia de ustedes y de las personas que me ayudaron con las versiones anteriores ) ; en fin algún día tendré los conocimientos adecuados para resolver este tipo de problemas .

Lo que ha funcionado en otros foros ha sido esto : sh NVIDIA-linux-numero-de-la-version.run --no-unified-memory .

Por experimentar puedo hacer la prueba , el pc que tenia montado el raid 10 lo fundi con las últimas pruebas de nvidia , (ya me llego lo discos híbridos que pedí de tu tierra y otros 64Gb mas de ram para montar otro equipo ) .

Como el equipo ahora no esta operando , voy a probar ese parámetro y con lo que observe os comento , cuantos mas busquemos mejor .

No hay de que .

Lo de sh NVIDIA-linux-numero-de-la-version.run --no-unified-memory, ya esta solucionado, ya compila con el driver, cosa que antes no hacia, con el con esta versión ya acepta el kernel 3.13.3-1, yo lo tengo instalado y funciona, el problema que que tengo es el ya citado anteriormente.

A mi no me funciono ademas con esos parámetros , los cudas no trabajan .

No se si se lee bien la imagen pero dice :

WARNING : The NVIDIA Unified Memory Kernel Module will not be instelled.
As a result .CUDA Applications will not be abble to run with this installalation of the NVIDIA driver .

Haber cuando NVIDIA se esmera en hacer unos driver en condiciones , somos mucha gente de linux que tienen esa tarjeta (por lo menos tengo 4 y pensaba comprar otra , pero como las cosas sigan así ,quizás me decida por una ati
